Die Scheiben dann nach unten dr\\u00fccken, so dass diese einen Teppich bilden. Ggf. die \\\"Zacken\\\" an den Seiten abschneiden. Mit einem Messer den Teppich komplett auf eine California Roll heben und mit einer Bambusmatte andr\\u00fccken. Dann die Rollen in St\\u00fccke schneiden.\",\"Den Lachs waschen, trocken tupfen und kurz in Sojasauce marinieren. Eine Seite Salzen und mit dem Maismehl panieren. Dann einrollen.\r\nDie Avocado halbieren und den Kern entfernen. Das Fruchtfleisch von der Schale l\u00f6sen und in sehr feine Scheiben schneiden. Die Scheiben dann nach unten dr\u00fccken, so dass diese einen Teppich bilden. Ggf. die \"Zacken\" an den Seiten abschneiden.
