Auch wenn einige von uns immer schon unterschiedliche Texturen von einem Produkt auf den Teller bringen &#8211; Pierre ist hier der Vorreiter der Gruppe &#8211; gab die klare Pointierung auf dieses Thema  einerseits neue Impulse, stellte uns aber andererseits auch vor neue Herausforderungen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Schwierigkeit: Ein Produkt sollte mehrfach in dem Gericht vorkommen, aber nat\u00fcrlich w\u00fcnscht man sich als Esser auch eine geschmackliche Vielfalt und Entwicklung auf dem Teller. Was zun\u00e4chst schwierig zu vereinen schien, bot am Ende die Grundlage f\u00fcr spannende G\u00e4nge!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn wie immer nahmen alle die Herausforderung an und zauberten zum Teil wahrhaft geniale Kombinationen.
